Terms and conditions

At all airports we include 60 minutes’ waiting time, free of charge after the flight has landed, and thereafter the charge will be 25p per minute.

If a pick-up is within London (residential address or business address), we allow up to 10 minutes waiting time from when the customer has made the booking for, and thereafter the charge will be 25p per minute.

If a cancellation is not made 3 hours prior to the time of booking, the customer will incur 100% of the booking price.

If we pick-up from any UK address, we include up to 30 minutes’ waiting time from when the customer has made the booking for. If we are unable to contact the customer (ringing the doorbell and calling the contact phone number), the driver will leave and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost of the journey.

No reservation is considered as accepted until it has been confirmed by phone or email and the customer has been issued with a reference number.

All credit/debit cards are subject to a £5.00 charge.

An additional surcharge of 50% on the price listed may be added to the following dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December, and 1st January.

There may be additional charges if the customer has to make a stop during the journey (minimum £5) or any other diversions on the way.

Refund Policy

The refund will be issued on the following grounds, subject to terms and conditions:
  • Booking made on credit/debit card is notified 12 hours prior to the actual pick up time
  • If the customer missed the flight and informed us in advance either by phone or by email obtaining a cancellation number
  • All the cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of £6.00.

No refund will be issued for the following:
  • If the customer books the PHV for the incorrect date/flight number or other misleading information
  • If the customer leaves the airport or any other agreed pick-up address without informing us

Cancellation: Cancellation should be done 24 hours prior to your booking.
